VCA Antech, Inc. (NASDAQ:WOOF), a leading animal healthcare company in the United States, reported financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006, as follows: revenue increased 11.7% to a fourth quarter record of $242.4 million; gross profit increased 18.6% to $61.6 million; operating income increased 22.2% to $40.7 million; net income increased 13.4% to $19.3 million; and diluted earnings per common share increased 15.0% to $0.23.
