One of Brazil's leading distributors of pharmaceutical products, Profarma Distribuidora de Produtos Farmaceuticos S.A. ("Profarma" or the "Company"), has just announced its results for the second quarter of 2007 (2Q07). Profarma's financial statements are prepared in accordance with Brazilian Corporate Legislation, with the financial and operational information being prepared on consolidated bases in accordance with Brazilian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (BR GAAP) and compared with the same period of 2006 (2Q06).
Profarma's non financial information has not been revised by the external auditors.
