Research from Amgen, Inc. yields new findings on robotics

A report, 'A fully automated plasma protein precipitation sample preparation method for LC-MS/MS bioanalysis,' is newly published data in Journal of Chromatography B. "This report describes the development and validation of a robust robotic system that fully integrates all peripheral devices needed for the automated preparation of plasma samples by protein precipitation. The liquid handling system consisted of a Tecan Freedom EVO 200 liquid handling platform equipped with an 8-channel liquid handling arm, two robotic plate-handling arms, and two plate shakers," investigators in the United States report.
