Bostwick Laboratories Announces Initial Public Offering

Bostwick Laboratories, Inc. announced that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. Bostwick Laboratories will offer all of the shares to be issued and sold in the initial public offering.

Banc of America Securities LLC and Wachovia Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. In addition, William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and Cowen and Company, LLC are acting as co-managers for the offering.
