Ipswitch File Transfer Division Product Line Integration Complete, Modifying Leadership Responsibility for Accelerated Growth

Ipswitch, Inc. File Transfer division, the leading developer of secure and managed file transfer solutions, announced that it is aligning its business and division by integrating the WS_FTP and MOVEit product lines more closely, which will include creating single, integrated organizations for customer support and professional services, R&D and product management. MOVEit became part of Ipswitch File Transfer division when Ipswitch acquired Standard Networks in January 2008.
