Fitch Confirms Harris County, Texas' GO CP Notes Ser A-1 & D at 'F1+'

Fitch Ratings confirms the 'F1+' rating assigned to the Harris County (the County), Texas, general obligation (GO) commercial paper notes, series A-1 and series D. The confirmation is in connection with the provision of The Third Amended and Restated Substitute Credit Agreement (the Substitute Credit Agreement), severally provided by The Bank of Nova Scotia, acting through its New York Agency and BNP Paribas, acting through its New York Branch. The Substitute Credit Agreement provides liquidity coverage equal to $300,000,000 in principal amount of notes, with each of the two banks providing support on a several basis up to $150,000,000 of principal amount due on maturing notes.
