Fair Labor Association Accredits Labor Compliance Programs of Patagonia and H&M

The Board of Directors of the Fair Labor Association (FLA) voted to accredit Patagonia's labor compliance program for global sourcing and H&M's labor compliance program for sourcing in China. They join the ranks of Participating Companies adidas, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Nike, Nordstrom, Phillips-Van Heusen, and Puma, whose programs have been previously accredited. The Board also reaccredited the labor compliance programs of Nike and adidas.
