Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) and Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) recently announced the winter and spring 2009 schedule of educational teleconferences for clinical, public health, and veterinary laboratories. Programs, based on current CLSI documents, are intended to help pathologists, managers, supervisors, technologists, and laboratory and quality consultants learn how to optimize practices and processes in their laboratories.
