New compound patents pending for Myodur in muscular dystrophy

CepTor Corporation (CEPO) announced that intellectual property filings have been made to further strengthen its patent position for the company's muscle cell targeted protease inhibitor platform technology.

More specifically, CepTor has filed to receive an additional 20 years of compound protection for oral delivery of Myodur with accompanied use protection in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and other neuromuscular diseases.
