H. David Miller named VP of information technology and legal affairs

Genitope Corp. (GTOP) announced the appointment of H. David Miller as vice president of information technology, and the promotion of Laura Woodhead to vice president of legal affairs.

Miller will be responsible for managing the growth of Genitope Corp.'s information technology capabilities.

Woodhead will continue to oversee all of Genitope Corp.'s legal matters.
