New medical complex breaks ground in Pearland, Texas

A groundbreaking ceremony was held in celebration of a new medical office and outpatient surgery facility coming to Pearland, Texas.

Building construction for the Medical Commons of Pearland will soon begin on a 15-acre site. The two class-A medical office buildings will comprise a total of 80,000 square feet of clinical office space. Mayor Tom Reid, the Pearland Economic Development Corporation, the Pearland Area Chamber of Commerce, and other city officials attended the event and expressed their enthusiasm for the project.
