American Legacy Foundation Welcomes New Board Member

The American Legacy Foundation(R) welcomes Wyoming State Senator Charles Scott, R-Casper, to its board of directors. Scott first served as a member of the Wyoming House of Representatives from 1979 to 1982 before being elected to the state Senate in 1983. His committee work has focused on labor and health and social services, and he has worked on issues that include medical malpractice and welfare reform. He has been a state leader in the healthcare debate, publishing his comprehensive proposals in his 2004 book, "Fixing Our Broken Healthcare System".
