Fitch Affirms the Memorial Hospital (New Hampshire) Revs at 'BBB-'; Outlook Stable

Fitch Ratings has affirmed the rating of approximately $20.9 million New Hampshire Health and Education Facilities Authority revenue bonds, series 2006 on behalf of The Memorial Hospital at 'BBB-'. The Rating Outlook is Stable.

The rating affirmation is supported by The Memorial Hospital's (TMH) critical access hospital (CAH) designation, consistent operating profitability, manageable debt burden and dominant market share position. In 2004, TMH received CAH status, which continues to contribute to the organization's operating profitability as demonstrated by a 4.0% operating margin through the September 30, 2007 interim period.
