Peter Burg Appointed as Co-Chair of the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee and the Executive Committee for the Gadolinium-Based Contrast Agents Product Liability Multi-District Litigation

On March 25, 2008, The Honorable Dan A. Polster, federal judge presiding over the Gadolinium-Based Contrast Agents Product Liability Multi-District Litigation in the Northern District of Ohio, appointed several lawyers to serve on the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee. One of these lawyers is Peter Burg of Burg Simpson. The PSC reports directly to Judge Polster, and is responsible for conducting pre-trial proceedings on behalf of all plaintiffs who have cases in the MDL.
