Rosinter Restaurants Holding Announces the Results of Annual General Shareholders Meeting

Restaurants Chain in Russia and CIS (RTS ticker: ROST), announced that all the proposed resolutions were passed by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 26 June 2008.
The key results approved at the AGM include the election of the Board members, the approval of the 2007 financial statements, the approval of the
2007 Annual Report and the recommendation on distribution of 2007 net profit.
