MEI Development Corporation and Varian Medical Systems Sign Sole-Source Supply Agreement for Radiation Therapy Technology

Varian Medical Systems (NYSE:VAR) announced that it has entered into a strategic agreement with MEI Development Corporation and MEI Financial Services, LLC, both subsidiaries of the MEI Healthcare Group, LLC (MEI), for the purchase of radiation therapy systems for cancer treatment from Varian.

The agreement creates a strategic relationship in which Varian becomes the sole source of radiation therapy systems for MEI Development Corporation.
