Anpath Group, Inc. and Bio-Clean International, Inc. Sign Teaming Agreement

Anpath Group, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: ANPG) , announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, EnviroSystems, Inc. (ESI) has entered into a Teaming Agreement with Bio-Clean International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BCLE) through its affiliated entity, American Bio-Clean Corporation (ABC).

American Bio-Clean will be the exclusive distributor of EnviroSystems' EnviroTru(R) Disinfectant & Deodorizing Cleaner and EnviroTru 1453 (for aviation applications) to federal government facilities, including military customers world-wide.
