First Horizon Pharmaceutical Corp. (FHRX), a specialty pharmaceutical company, announced results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2003.

Net revenues were $37.1 million and net income was $9.6 million or 27 cents per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2003.

For the year ended December 31, 2003, net revenues were $95.3 million and a net loss of $1.7 million or 5 cents per share. The company ended the year with $43.7 million in cash and marketable securities.
