Eight U.S. patents granted for high-speed cell analysis platform

Amnis Corporation, developer of the ImageStream System, a technology for high speed multi-spectral imaging and analysis of cells in flow, has announced the issuance of eight new U.S. patents covering the architecture, subsystems, algorithms, cell probing techniques and applications of the ImageStream platform technology. These patents are in addition to five U.S. patents that have already issued, as well as 22 pending U.S. patent applications. Amnis is also pursuing corresponding foreign patent rights with pending international patent applications.
