Biotech company announces delayed Form 10-QSB filing

Nutra Pharma Corp. (OTCBB:NPHC) announced that it will delay the filing of its Form 10-QSB for the third quarter ended September 30, 2004.

This delay is necessary to allow Nutra Pharma's auditors to properly evaluate several transactions that took place within the third quarter filing period and subsequent events that occurred in the current quarter.

Nutra Pharma is working with its independent auditors and has filed a Notification of Late Filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that extended Nutra Pharma's deadline to file its Form 10-QSB by 5 calendar days.
