Discrete catheter SpeediCath Compact for women wins Danish 2004 Product Award

Sticking out from the group of 5 Danish products nominated for the Danish engineers' product award 2004, SpeediCath Compact, a small, discreet female catheter, captured the award.

The jury stated its reasons as follows:

Coloplast's ability to combine knowledge within the areas of surface coating, materials and functionality is impressive. The new catheter relies on high technology combined with insight into user needs, clearly driven by dialogue with the users.

Functionality, slight weight and discreet appearance all serve to prove how far Coloplast can go when product development is conducted for the benefit of mankind.
