InfaCare and Recordati Complete International Licensing Agreement for Stanate

InfaCare Pharmaceutical Corporation and Recordati, a pharmaceutical company based in Milan, Italy, jointly announced the signing of an exclusive licensing agreement that provides Recordati the rights to develop and market Stanate (stannsoporfin), a first-in-class agent for the treatment of jaundice in babies, for Europe and for certain territories of Northern Africa and the Middle East. Stanate is in late stage clinical development in the US.
