Study shows positive results from combination therapy for photodamaged skin

Dusa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Dusa) announced the final results of the first prospective, randomized, controlled, split face clinical study using Levulan (aminolevulinic acid HCl) photodynamic therapy together with intense pulsed light (IPL) for the treatment of photodamaged skin.

The report was published in the October 2005 issue of the American Medical Association journal Archives of Dermatology.
