Altana submits new drug application to U.S. FDA for Ciclesonide nasal spray

Altana AG (AAA, ALT) announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has accepted for filing the company's new drug application (NDA) for Ciclesonide nasal spray. A new drug submission (NDS) for Ciclesonide nasal spray was also submitted to the Canadian authority Health Canada. Altana is seeking marketing approval for the treatment of nasal symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis.
