Arius closes US$21.5M financing

Arius Research, Inc., (ARI) a biotech company personalizing cancer therapy through the discovery and development of anticancer monoclonal antibodies, has successfully completed the first tranche of its previously announced private placement of units for gross proceeds of US$21.5 million. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable at a price of CDN$1.00 for a period of 5 years following closing.
