Endometrial cancer staging by surgical hysterectomy methods were compared in a recently published report. Scientists in Spain conducted a study "to assess potential differences in perioperative features and survival between laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy and conventional transabdominal hysterectomy in stage I endometrial cancer." A.
