The American Heart Association has made searching for heart-healthy foods faster and easier with its new, online grocery list builder. Before going to the grocery store, consumers can save valuable shopping time by first visiting http://www.heartcheckmark.org/ to access the association's free list-builder tool. Click on "Create your list today" and browse through more than 850 products certified by the American Heart Association to be low in saturated fat and cholesterol.
