Researchers in Italy conducted a study "to evaluate the specific allergic sensitization and epidemiological characteristics of vernal keratoconjunctivitis (VKC). This retrospective non-comparative case series included 406 VKC patients. Data included patient and family histories, and results of allergic tests."
