Cyberonics Announces Conference Call to Discuss Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2007 Financial Results

Cyberonics, Inc. (NASDAQ:CYBX) announced that the Company will report financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended April 27, 2007 on Monday, June 11, 2007 at 5:00 PM EDT. A conference call to discuss those results will occur at 8:30 AM EDT on Tuesday, June 12, 2007.

The Company also announced that Cyberonics' senior management will be attending the Bank of America 2007 Healthcare Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, NV from May 30 - June 1, 2007.
