Valley National Gases LLC names Michael J. Ziegler as Chief Executive Officer

Valley National Gases LLC, a leading industrial gas, propane and welding supply company, announced that Michael J. Ziegler has been named Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company, effective July 16th. Mr. Ziegler succeeds William A. Indelicato, who is retiring as Chief Executive Officer as of that date. Mr. Indelicato will remain a member of the Company's Board of Directors.
"Mike brings substantial experience in marketing, operations, finance and acquisitions to our company," commented Mr. Indelicato. "After a thorough search and evaluation of candidates, we concluded that Mike was an excellent fit with the needs of our organization."
