Antares Pharma Announces Closing of $16 Million Private Placement

Antares Pharma (AMEX:AIS) announced that it has closed its previously announced private placement of common stock and warrants to a group of accredited investors, which raised aggregate gross proceeds of $16 million (representing the initial $15 million in commitments previously announced plus an additional $1 million in commitments).
