eyeonics, inc. Files Registration Statement for an Initial Public Offering

eyeonics, inc.(TM) announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. Piper Jaffray & Co. and Banc of America Securities LLC are acting as joint book-running managers, with Canaccord Adams and BMO Capital Markets acting as co-managers. The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
