GNI Announces Approval for TSE Mothers Market Listing

GNI Ltd., a biopharmaceutical company in Asia, announced that the Company received approval today from the Tokyo Stock Exchange Inc. ("TSE") to list its shares on the Mothers market of the TSE. The target date for GNI's shares to be listed on the Mothers market is August 31, 2007, once the price for the offering of the Company's shares is determined through a book building process.
