Tenet Awards Scholarships to Children of Employees of its Southern States Region

Tenet Healthcare Foundation, the charitable giving arm of Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE:THC), and Tenet's Southern States Region announced that they have awarded $83,500 in one-year college scholarships to 38 children of hospital and patient financial services employees in the Tenet Southern States Region which includes Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina and South Carolina. The Children of Tenet Employees Scholarship Program is designed to assist children of Tenet employees pursue higher education.
