Pharsight Reverse Stock Split Effective Tomorrow

Pharsight Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: PHRS) , a leading provider of software, strategic consulting, and regulatory services for optimizing clinical drug development, announced that its previously-announced one-for-three reverse stock split became effective at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time today. Effective at the open of market tomorrow, Pharsight's shares will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on the OTC Bulletin Board under a new symbol "PHRS.OB," which replaces the previous symbol "PHST.OB."
