Abbey Spanier Rodd & Abrams, LLP announces that it has commenced a Class Action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts on behalf of a class (the "Class") of all persons who purchased or acquired securities of American Dental Partners, Inc. ("ADPI" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:ADPI) between August 10, 2005 and December 13, 2007 inclusive (the "Class Period").
