Bush Budget Shortchanges Pennsylvania's Children, Communities and Families

Responding to data released from the independent Center on Budget and Policy Priorities (CBPP), advocates urged Pennsylvania's Congressional delegation to fundamentally reconfigure President Bush's 2009 budget proposal. Specifically, the delegation was asked to advance appropriations bills that are fiscally responsible, narrow income inequality, and adequately invest in important American priorities.
