Blue Cross Promotes Two Leaders in Public Affairs

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota (Blue Cross) announced two promotions: Kathy Mock has been named chief executive officer for Blue Plus (the company's health maintenance organization) and Philip Stalboerger has been promoted from director to Vice President for Policy and Legislative Affairs. Mock will continue her role as vice president of public affairs while simultaneously serving as Blue Plus CEO. She takes over the Blue Plus leadership position from Michael J. Morrow, who was recently promoted to executive vice president and chief accounting officer for Blue Cross. Mock has been in her current position as vice president of public affairs...
