Cross Country Healthcare Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2007 Results

Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. (Nasdaq:CCRN) reported revenue of $181.7 million in the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2007. Net income for the fourth quarter was $7.3 million, or $0.23 per diluted share. A year earlier, the Company reported fourth quarter revenue of $175.7 million and net income of $7.5 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, which included the partial reversal of a legal settlement charge equivalent to $0.04 per diluted share. Cash flow from operations for the fourth quarter of 2007 was $19.9 million. For the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company reported record revenue of $718.3 million. Net income was $24.6 million, or $0.76 per diluted share....
