CyDex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering

CyDex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The underwriters of the offering will be Pacific Growth Equities, LLC acting as sole bookrunning manager and JMP Securities LLC and Fortis Securities LLC acting as co-managers.
