BodyMedia Appoints Jerry Widman to Its Board of Directors

BodyMedia, Inc., announced the appointment of Jerry P. Widman to its board of directors. Mr. Widman is currently a board member for Cutera Inc. (CUTR); TriZetto Group (TZIX); and Preferred Professional Insurance Co., a privately held medical malpractice insurance company. He is also a former board member and Audit Committee member of ArthroCare Corp. (ARTC) and United Surgical Partners (USPI). Prior to becoming active in governance and board work Mr. Widman was the Chief Financial Officer for Ascension Health, the country's largest not-for- profit hospital system.
