IASIS Healthcare Announces Three Year Old Qui Tam Action Has Been Dismissed

IASIS Healthcare(R) LLC announced that the United States District Court for the District of Arizona has dismissed with prejudice Relator Jerre Frazier's qui tam Complaint against IASIS. The case dates back three years to March 2005 and became the subject of a subpoena by the Office of the Inspector General in September 2005. In August 2007, the case was unsealed and became a private lawsuit after the Department of Justice declined to intervene. On Monday, March 31, 2008, United States District Judge James A.
