Ballard's Reisman Argues to Protect Developers from Onslaught of Fair Housing Lawsuits in Ninth Circuit En Banc Hearing

In a case of national importance to the multi-family-housing industry and disabled rights organizations, Josh Reisman, a partner in the Las Vegas office of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, argued, on March 25, on behalf of developers before an eleven-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
