Capillary Electrophoresis



Studies conducted at Capital Normal University on capillary electrophoresis recently published

"A non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis (NACE) method was developed for analyzing seven basic dyes contained in black ballpoint pen inks. Baseline separation of the studied compounds was achieved on a 57 cm x 75 mu m capillary by using a non-aqueous solution composed of 1.0% acetic acid and 60 mM ammonium acetate in methanol medium," scientists writing in the journal Chromatographia report.
