(NASDAQ:ISTA), reported that it has received a subpoena from the United States Attorney's Office in Buffalo requesting the production of documents regarding promotional, educational and other activities relating to Xibrom(TM) (bromfenac sodium ophthalmic solution) 0.09%. It is ISTA's policy to fully comply with all applicable U.S. and foreign laws, rules and regulations of governmental agencies or other authorities.
