Neighborhood Crips Gang Member Sentenced to 48 Months Federal Prison

Neighborhood Crips gang member Andre Lockhart was sentenced to 48 months federal imprisonment consecutive to 36 months state sentence, three years supervised release and $100 special assessment by U.S. District Court Judge Gary A. Feess, for the Central District of California, for violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(C), Distribution of Cocaine Base (less than five grams).
