Church & Dwight Reports First Quarter Earnings

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE:CHD) reported net income for the quarter ended March 28, 2008 of $56.2 million or $0.81 per share, an increase of $0.15 per share or 23% over last year's $45.1 million or $0.66 per share. First Quarter Review Net sales for the quarter increased approximately 7.5% to $552.9 million. Organic net sales increased by approximately 6% for the quarter, which excludes a positive foreign exchange impact of approximately 1.5%. James R.
