Allos Therapeutics Announces Pricing of Public Offering of 10,800,000 Shares of Common Stock

Allos Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq:ALTH) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 10,800,000 shares of newly issued common stock at a public offering price of $5.64 per share. The closing of the offering is expected to take place on May 29, 2008, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 1,620,000 shares of common stock from the Company to cover overallotments, if any.
