Pueblo Bishop Bloods Gang Member Receives Lengthy Federal Prison Sentence



June 21st, 2008

Pueblo Bishop Bloods gang member DeShaun Andre Leon was sentenced to 120 months in federal prison and three years of supervised release for violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 922(g)(1), felon in possession of a firearm; as well as 180-months federal imprisonment and five years of supervised release for violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A)(iii), distribution of cocaine base in the form of crack cocaine. Leon was sentenced in Central District of California by U.S. District Court Judge Christina A. Snyder. Both sentences will run concurrently.
