Comm Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:CCBP) held its annual stockholders' meeting today at Elk Mountain Ski Resort, Union Dale, PA. Stockholders voted to fix the number of directors at ten and elected the following directors to serve for a one-year term: David L.
